Prices based on a 28 day rental
RENTAL PRICES:
Low Season: May 1 to November 30th and High Season: December 1 to May 1st.
Monthly rent for the Whole House both 3/1 $6,500.00 in Low Season and in $6,900.00 for for the 3/1 and 1/1 in High-Season
In the summer season we only generally rent the upstairs 3/1 , but we can rent the whole house i.e. 3/1 and the 1/1 upon request.
The Deposit is $500.00 for the whole house, The cleaning charge is $250.00 for the whole house (or $150.00 upstairs and $100.00 downstairs if rented separately), and tax is 15%. You can also give your deposit through VRBO, Homeaway, or Pay or reserve online with Paypal.
